It was like having my own cute apartment right in the city!

Can't think of anything. Maybe garbage bags, though I saw the guy and he gladly gave me some.

The room was advertised on booking as having a separate living room to be bedroom which was not the case. We needed this because in person had to rake work calls in the early hours but the other needed to sleep. However the staff were very kind and arranged a spare room for us to resolve the problem

One of the most disappointing stays. The 9 rating here on Booking.com is misleading. The owner (or employee) is very rude. I've booked several trips using Booking.com (I'm level 3) and I've never experienced this kind of problem. She rudely accused us of not leaving the key. The shower was terrible. It was difficult to regulate the water temperature. It was either too cold or too hot, and most of the time it was freezing. The soap and conditioner dispenser was empty. The room isn't completely dark; the curtain doesn't block out the light. The owner needs to improve her communication; she's very rude and abrupt. I don't know if she's going through personal problems. She didn't want to give us a late check-out of 3 hours, even though there were no guests the following day. Later she granted the late check-out, but tried to force us to leave a tip. At check-in, she sent many messages through Booking.com, saying she didn't grant a room upgrade due to lack of response, but my cell phone number was available for her to contact me via WhatsApp.

A localização é excelente, você pode explorar todo o centro de San Miguel Allende a pé e estar sempre perto da acomodação. O quarto tem um tamanho ótimo, com uma decoração charmosa, foi confortável para nós como casal e tb para nosso cachorro que veio conosco. A hospedagem tem poucos quartos, apenas 3, então o movimento de pessoas é pequeno e nosso cão ficou bem tranquilo.

O chuveiro tem pouca caída de água, o que faz com que o banho não seja relaxante e prazeroso. Com pouca água, ou a ducha está muito quente ou está gelada. Ficamos no apartamento térreo e era possível escutar o barulho vindo dos hóspedes que estavam no apartamento em cima do nosso, haviam hóspedes que faziam muito barulho no piso de cima, inclusive ligando música às 4 am, foi um azar que demos.
