The location was perfect! Jacob was wonderful….always checking on our needs and comfort…..very hospitable and friendly.

It’s located in very closed to the centre, the room was really pretty, well decorated and super clean. Also it has your own kitchen and bathroom. The owner was super nice(even though I didn’t have a chance to see her, she messaged me often) and looking after me very well.

It is well located, and you get what you payed for.

The shower in my room was not working properly, either too hot or too cold.

I had originally booked a small room, but the hostel owner kindly changed it to a larger room that was available. The staff were very kind and helpful. They kept in touch with me until I checked out. Thanks to them, I really liked the San Miguel de Allende.
