very nice place, amazing staff! the location is awesome!

I liked the location to downtown. Owner very responsive. Owner allowed me access to the rooftop as no guests at this room but so much worker activity I tried this I only tried this once as very steep stairs.

My accommodation was on a top floor with narrow, steep stairs so not mobility friendly. This room faced the street which was on a major bus route creating heavy noise all day and evenings. Workers entering at all times in adjacent rooms creating noise and an unsafe feeling. Check in was frustrating as instructions were unclear.

Central location 5mins from downtime on a busy street. Very safe and close to the center. Flexible checkout was a big plus

Needed hot water. I had to ask to fix it. The toilet stopped up. Noise from another guest. Dark as you come in the entrance. Wasn’t in the right spot in order to see when you enter the front door. I tripped because there was a step, I hadn’t seen.

room size, shower didn't work properly (hardly any hot water or water pressure). Kitchenware not many. Stove was not working properly.
