No onsite breakfast, but there were PLENTY of restaurants with excellent food nearby! The host was EXCELLENT!

The location was close to everything downtown, and quiet despite being located on a Main Street

The hosts were kind and very helpful. The location was convenient. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The fan was appreciated.

We were disappointed not to have access to the terrace or garden as the website suggested, especially in the pictures. The website stated that we had views and a patio and we had neither. The room was very hot in the afternoon.

Proximity to Centro Historical plaza.

The single suite I chose was nice. It suited my needs. If you are sensitive about noise the suite above has no soundproofing so you may want ear plugs.

There were no instructions on site for opening the safe so I could not use it. Even though I texted for help the instructions did not work for me. Toilet issue and no plunger available so I went out a bought one. The motion detector in the front foyer entrance would make a doorbell noise multiple times throughout the day, that needs to be addressed. The kitchen needs more dishes, no bigger bowls for preparing food.

Energy of light. Tastefully appointed. every detail thought of. A delightful surprise. Everything was immaculate. Sparkling white towels and bed linen. Instant hot water in the shower. Small frig to store fruit or other items overnight. Space to boil water for green tea. I am a person who loves to feel warm and the room and walls were comfortable and not cold. I expected to be very cold at night in March, never needed fans, Excellent ventilation with window in front, window in the bathroom, and the door in the back. Cozy. Great location, easy to walk to the Parrocchia, Panio, Starbucks. Easy to find taxis to the Rosewood and San Antonio area. Would stay there again.

Maybe place some sort of reflective tape on the step closest to the Cardinal room. I tripped three times.

The location is excellent, very secure. The apartment was very well equipped and spotless, tastefully decorated and quite comfortable. . Although I never personally met the host the communication was easy and response was promt. Free secure parking a couple hundred meters away just around the corner. I would gladly stay here again.

I chose the ground floor apartment because of a knee injury and that apartment doesn't have outdoor seating area, I believe the rest do and the weather perfect to enjoy outdoors. Again that was my choice and it's the only thing I would change.
