The room was very cute and tidy. The location was fantastic... So close to good restaurants and important sites. We also liked having a kitchen table and streaming services available.

We didn't realize this is a downstairs apartment AND that pets are allowed. Our upstairs neighbors had two dogs that cried and barked all week, and we could hear the dogs and the people very easily at all hours. It was very disruptive. Also, the bathroom didn't have much space or shelving to put items like toothbrushes or face wash.

Beautiful clean property close to center. it is located on Main Street, close to everything and very safe. property was very bright and clean. They were very nice and helpful. There is a small kitchen. bed was comfortable. would definitely stay again.

The efficiency apartment's adorable, superbly located to center parks; markets; gorgous library with English books, tours, cafe, theater only 1 block away; beautiful spa just around the corner. 100% Recommended!

A reading light would be nice, although lighting overall very good. A small microwave would be wonderful. I burnt anything I tried to heat on electric. I cook with gas & am a microwave queen. Entry instructions not sent until afternoon of arrival and unavailable while traveling. I speak Spanish so was eventallly able to beg a phone call from a shopkeeper. But entire hour plus was nerve-racking & keys are very difficult to use, especially without guidelines. An Ausie lady arrived the next night in the dark with shops closed & not speaking Spanish. Fortunately I finally heard her knocking & brought her in. It was frightening. Entry instrutions need to be sent at least 2 days ahead of arrival & stress having a flashlight to see keybox and entry keys. Steps just inside door are a fall hazard if unaware.

The location was great, close to everything. The rooms were very cute and comfortable with lots of homely touches. It was great to have some tea and coffee and cold drinks provided and a snack.

The key box was too high and hard to find in the dark. I had to have help from another guest and my uber driver to get access. As an older woman travelling on her own i found this quite stressful. The owner did remain in constant communucation though giving instructions. Photos would have helped but on my own i would not have gained entry. The entrance and room doors were tricky and need clearer explanation. Once in, all good

quite cold even during the day in February, but especially at night. low water pressure in the shower. could hear people above us move in, move furniture, walk around, talk, etc.

Cute little studio, nicely decorated and comfortable. Very clean and quiet though I could hear guests upstairs when they moved around or doors closed as people went in and out of the two other apartments however I did not hear dogs or roosters and the church bells were rather distant. The room was dark and it was easy to sleep. The internet bandwidth was good. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.
