El precio está bien

No teníamos calefacción y tuve que pasar frío con mis hijos me dijeron que lo solucionarían pero pero nada así que me quedo muy decepcionada y no tiene ascensor si van personas adultas bien pero si van con niños tienen que subir maletas llegas agotada ya que hay que subir muchas escaleras

La ubicación y el servicio de atención al cliente fue un horror . Me quedé en la calle esperando a que me contestaran 1 h ya que no me proporcionaron bien el link para conseguir las llaves de acceso. A todo esto te cobran 50€ de señal la cual no devuelven …

Apartament complert i correcte

No funcionava la calefacció i tampoc hi havia mantes extra (literalment marcava que estàvem a 14 graus dins de casa, més fred que fora!) i hem trucat per obtenir solució però no s'ha pogut arreglar. I ens han fet anar a un altre apartament a buscar mantes a les 12 de la nit ... Tampoc funcionava l'aigua calenta així que no ens hem pogut dutxar... I segons l'establiment teniem esmorzar gratuït a un local amb qui tenien conveni...i estava tancat !
