La cocina bien equipada. Además con cápsulas de café, cápsulas de leche, infusiones, 4 cervezas, mermelada, mantequilla y una bolsa de biscotes de pan. Y el salón muy amplio y espacioso.

No me gustó que lo tuviera secador, lo solicitara y nunca llegó… El sofá un poco sucio. Y las camas hacían ruido. Y una de las mesitas de noche de la habitación del fondo no tenía lámpara de mesa y el enchufe con el cargador se descolgaba… No hay puertas en el salón solo marcos y se escuchan muy fuerte a los vecinos.

Cómodo. Con buenas instalaciones. Camas comodas. Baño muy bien.

Me enviaron pocos día antes un formulario para llenar y escanear documentos. Yo estaba de viaje y no pude hacerlo. Traté de comunicarme al teléfono que tenía del anfitrión: no contestó nunca. Escribí mail: no contestó. Recién constestó mi llamada cuando estabamos en la puerta del apartamento. Me exigía que llenara el formulario y escanera los documentos. Tardé más de una hora, en la vereda de un barrio hostil, con todas las valijas expuestas; todos parados (por suerte no llovía). Pedí que me dejaran entrar para hacerlo adentro: no me lo permitió. Esta organización tiene un trato impersonal; frío (creo que se maneja del exterior). El formulario debería enviarlo en el mismo momento en que se hace la reserva y/o que se paga. No en pleno viaje. Es un requisito nuevo que, para mi, debe simplificarse y facilitarse para el usuario.

They left us a drink in the fridge, which really surprised us. They were there for our every question. We are really thrilled and hope to come back one day.

The only "complaint" is that they don't have slippers in the apartment
