There were no keys. This caused a lot of stress. If your phone died, if there had been a fire or an electricity outage how would the locking device on the door react? There is no good answer to that question. If you are inside, you want the door to automatically unlock. But if you are away from the property, you wouldn't want the door to automatically open if the power goes off. Providing a physical way to control access would help.

Not far away from airport, close to metro.

The place is clean and beautiful. The facilities are complete & working properly. The staff are helpful and replied our enquiries fast. The location is excellent.

The bathroom has an unpleasant smell. It should be able to be easily fixed by putting some air freshener or fragrances

Property was clean, staff was responsive, simple apartment with enough facilities and loads of spare towels and spare pillows provided

A major issue is that the property did not have a safe so whilst we were out someone entered the apartment (clearly someone with a key) and stole from inside the apartment. The area of the apartment seems poor and the streets had a sewage smell. Shower door didn’t shut properly so water continually spilled on the floor when showering which was annoying.

1. Getting keys was a treasure hunt, keys should be available at the property rather than going to another location 2. Not available things, light to ignite gas stove, no place to keep soap, shampoo in shower cubicle, e-mail said first floor actually it was 2nd floor with no elevator,

Close to Camp Nou, metro, shops, very spacious apartment and well equipped.
