Close to the racing for us to stay. Host was very friendly and helpful.

There was no hot water in the bathroom upstairs. Rooms weren't the cleanest Led lights flashing all night at tents. Outdoor shower hardly worked and was cold and the other one was burning hot and couldn't be turned down. Beds weren't the comfiest. Questionable outdoor toilets as they didn't flush and had to cover toilet with sawdust when finished.

"Brilliant host lovely peaceful location and will use again if in the area!"

Loved the character and the hot tub ! Lady was really accommodating with dogs and very friendly

No fence at back so dogs had to be on a lead while we were in hot tub- with nowhere to tie them (the dogs were being a bit clingy with all the travelling though!)

What a beautiful character building. We loved our stay. Athena is indeed a star, intelligent and entertaining. A great place for animal lovers.

We only wish we could have stayed longer.
