We recently had the opportunity to stay at this property and overall had a pleasant experience. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the incredible dedication and hospitality of the staff. Although the team was very limited in number, they managed every aspect of the service — from cooking and serving to housekeeping — with genuine warmth and commitment. Their multitasking ability and willingness to help at every step made a significant positive impact on our stay. The location of the property is definitely a plus. Nestled away from the noise and chaos of city life, it offers a peaceful and refreshing environment — perfect for those looking to unwind. Overall, the stay was comfortable mainly because of the exceptional efforts by the hardworking staff. With a bit more attention to facility upkeep, especially the kids’ area, this place has great potential to become a go-to retreat for families.

The property also mentions having amenities for kids, and while there is indeed a designated area for children, it could benefit from better maintenance to truly make it enjoyable and safe for younger guests.

Stained towels and linen. The order in which the dishes were served. No local cuisine options for dinner.

Nestled in the green woods of madikeri it’s a huge relief for people who live in concrete jungles The owner takes personal care of the guests and is on site for the best part of the day

Access road is narrow and is rough for over a km

Ambience was good. Helpful staff. Beautiful property and lovely rooms!! Special mention for rooms- so nicely done!!

There should be more vegetarian breakfast options. Atleast starters and baby food should be allowed in the room. Also, there should be more staff so that we can have room service as for every small meal v had to go to the restaurant.
