This is literally inside a coffee plantation and closer to a hilltop. There is a stream that flows through the property. If you like to be deep amidst breathtaking nature without even the slightest disturbance, there is no better place to stay in and around Madikeri. I must also specially mention about the hospitality we received from each and every person on that estate. Every person, be it the manager, the cleaner or the kitchen staff, everybody greeted you with smile and honestly tried their best to fulfil your requests, as much as they could. Many many thanks to all the staff for making our stay a memorable one.

Nothing much. May be the approach road that leads to the estate gate could be a little improved.

The place is not very friendly for old people or people with mobility issues, but the staff tried their best to accommodate including providing room service for old family members. Also, the approach road is not suitable for a 10-12 seater vehicle, as it can't reach near the cottages. They, however, arranged for their 4 wheel driven vehicle for this transfer.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained homestay. The property is exceptionally clean and well-kept, reflecting the care and attention given by the host. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, with a good variety that satisfied both adults and kids alike. Our children had an especially great time – they enjoyed the open space. The homestay is located in a peaceful and scenic setting, away from the noise and bustle, which made our stay all the more relaxing. Waking up to the serene views and calm surroundings truly added to the charm of the experience. Overall, it was a perfect family getaway and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly retreat.

The route we took from Madikeri to reach the homestay was a bit challenging, especially for those unfamiliar with the terrain. The road involved a series of steep ascents and descents, which made the drive quite adventurous. During the rainy season, navigating these roads can become even more difficult due to slippery surfaces and reduced visibility. It’s advisable to drive cautiously and, if possible, opt for a vehicle that handles hilly terrain well. Despite the tricky route, the scenic beauty along the way made the journey worthwhile.
