"Superb"

Staff made us feel super comfortable and they’re very accommodating as well to our food preferences. Helped us to optimize our itinerary and contact the right travel agent.

Location - although it’s in Madikeri city but the road the property is not well built and to reach some bus stop or main road the only option is a car. You can’t walk to the main road.

"Green and Serene"

Very green and secluded place with very few rooms, ideal for someone looking for peace and quiet. Location is right in the heart of a coffee plantation. A lot of natural beauty to enjoy. Facilities are comfortable. Owner is very helpful.

The number and training of staff needs to be upgraded.

The place was very good I would recommend it to all. when it comes to food their chutneys and other breakfast items are very good in rice items I tried their peas pulao, fried rice and chicken biryani however I liked chicken biryani only. Very kids friendly place staff is very very good and cooperative and the beautiful view from the hotel is worth it.

"Awesome stay with awesome stuff, but bad leadership and not good access road."

1) The location is awesome. 2) Helping stuffs are awesome. 3) Food is very good. 4) Rooms are clean and the view from the room is very beautiful. 5) kid friendly play area. 6) adult friendly play area.

1) The manager is very rude. 2) They didn’t not have proper driver accommodation, while last bit is very tough to reach without experience driver. 3) Access road is very bad and poorly lit.
