The hut had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the hut were lovely and Louise had left us some fresh farm goods which was a bonus. We were there in lambing season so it was great to wake up to new lambs playing in the field every morning.

Could have been cleaner - some of the pots needed cleaning and hadn’t been dried properly before putting away so we needed to wash them before use. There was also some debris that wasn’t from us under the bed so this obviously hadn’t been checked for cleanliness. Shower facilities were what you would expect for a shared cubicle. You will need pound coins to operate the shower cubicle (£1 for 5 mins). We weren’t aware of this before arriving so had to go to the local pub to ask for some change before we could use the shower.

Welcomed onto a family farm. Sheep, lamb, dogs, cows, chickens on site. Beautiful surroundings, lady on the farm was chatty and lovely. Had the best weekend.

booked a two-night stay expecting a clean and comfortable experience but was met with severe hygiene and maintenance issues. The outdoor furniture was broken, covered in mold, and misrepresented in the listing. Inside, the property was shockingly unclean—dirty refrigerator, microwave, and kettle, along with used, unsanitary sponges. The bedding had long hairs from a previous guest, which was unacceptable. Due to the poor conditions, I had to leave the morning after my first night and find alternative accommodation. This stay was deeply disappointing and not worth the cost. Avoid at all costs!

Super quaint little wagon. It was lovely to get all cozied up in the Autumn weather. Would definitely stay again! Amazing cooking facilities as well. Hot plate, microwave, toaster…

We asked for a breakfast tray in one of the mornings and it was amazing to literally get breakfast in bed, the best eggs I have had in a while :) The wagon is very well equipped, we brought a few kitchen bits but in the end we would only have needed to bring a knife. I had read in previous comments that the fridge in on the smaller side but it was more than enough for us.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and it's a great option for being near Keswick, in a beautiful setting. I love the hut and you have a little kitchen area and fridge. Would be fab in the summer.
