Lonely, quiet place to stay. Beautiful garden and ocean view. Clean and comfortable apartment (Rosa Maria)with 2 bathrooms.

The property has a unique charm, with stunning sea views and beautiful gardens that made us feel like we had stepped into a secret paradise. Our room was cozy, spotless, and full of character, with that perfect blend of comfort and charm that made it hard to leave. From the moment we arrived, the host welcomed us with such warmth and openness, offering the best tips for exploring the island. When we had trouble getting a rental car, they went out of their way to help us secure one, which was a huge relief. Their hospitality truly made this place feel like home. With the breathtaking sea view and incredible care from the hosts, we wouldn’t think twice about coming back if we return to Madeira.

Beautiful location

Such a lovely place :) we enjoyed our stay here a lot (and never wanted to leave the cozy terrace under the grapes/wine leaves...) The apartment (Fuchsia) was really nice and perfect for two people. Well equipped, spacious, light and cozy. You could tell that the exterior and the interior have been designed with great detail. And the ocean view, just perfect! Our host, Viriato, was so friendly & helpful! He gave us many useful tipps and information. I liked that he took the time to greet us personally and to show us the apartment. Arco de Sao Jorge is a rather quiet place and it's best to have a car here. For us it was really relaxing being "away" from the more touristy places and to enjoy the calm atmosphere here. We can highly recommend this apartment and would definitely come back here!

Fantastic stay, the accommodation is peaceful, has beautiful gardens and a private terrace with amazing views of the ocean. Viriato was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay.

The Host - Viriato was very engaged to make our stay an unforgettable experience. He gave us useful tips about the nearest places worth seeing. We also received a welcome gift from Viriato, a wine and gingerbread of Madeira - it was a great starting pack during our trip. The house we lived in (Agapanthus) had a cozy look with panoramic view on the ocean. The house is surrounded by the beautiful garden and it's located in the small quiet town near the ocean. There was also small parking which is nice feature considering the mountainous terrain. The house contains all necessary equipment. I loved the house and I will definitelly come back again!
