Elizbar Talakvadze Winery

Elizbar and his family run an excellent guesthouse and winery. We opted in for the wine tasting and cooking class and this was an amazing experience. The dinner, wines, chacha and breakfast were very very good and we even bought some wine before we left. Highly recommend

Very good breakfast made by hosts :) Place itself is lovely stone-made vinery with nice view towards mountains. I reccomend you to take rooms with balcony. Elizbar is very hospitable, he even invited me to his family bbq party. He speaks Polish as well. He and his family gave me an insight about not only vinery, but also life in Georgia and region as well. For sure will come back :)

The location is absolutely amazing and the house has soul. And the story behind the place is really beautiful and inspiring. Elizbar is great! A man with a plan.

Took the optional Cooking Class and wine tour/tasting for dinner. Great value, interesting information provided and meal and wine was very traditional and good value!

Rooms could have been a bit more developed and needs additional bathrooms.

Svetlana (owner) was one of the most friendly and welcoming person I've met in whole Georgia. This place is the best to relax and enjoy a quit trip with an amazing view. The food and wine was also very delicious. Svetlana makes the best Ajapsandali in whole Georgia.

The room was in the attic and there was no sunlight. I didn't know that before.

The host of the property is amazing. The place looks very authentic and made with heart. Breakfast with self made chacha was delicious.
