Everything was great. The location, the house, the owners, the farm, the lake views. We would come back for sure!

Everything was perfect

One of the best places we’ve stayed in!! I still can’t believe we’ve stayed here. From the location to the house itself to amazing views and great interaction with Morena, who met us outside, drove up to the mountains on monorail and showed around. Everything was just perfect!

Beautiful views and great for the big group of us on a budget. The bbq was also a great plus and the hosts was so kind and lovely. The trip up the monorail was also an exciting surprise at the start of the stay!

There was a big climb up the hill so wouldn’t recommend for those who struggle with hills however wasn’t a big problem for us :)

Overlooking the lake and Host. If you like to experience what’s it like living on the mountains this is for you. Quiet.

Getting there. There is quite an uphill walk to get to Chalet. Not an easy task to make a trip down more than once in a day.

It was a little bit longer walking to the bus stop, but it was a really nice trip.

we loved the location, Morena our host was super friendly and always available for anything we needed.

to get to the house we had to use their mono rail, which was not included in the price of the daily fee. The walk up was too hard for the kids at the end of a big day swimming in the lake or walking around so we had to use the rail, i feel that this could have been offered to customers.

The views of Lake Como were incredible. Sitting well above the road, the only real man-made sounds were the distant boats and faint church bells from across the lake. We loved the stillness, especially at night. It was great to meet the actual owner, and his daughter was most helpful communicating with us leading up to, and during, our stay. It was just a short drive to Bellagio and ever shorter to other ferry locations. Watching the two donkeys wander the property was pretty cool too.

We would have preferred less ants inside, but they were not a deal breaker. We would go back tomorrow.
