Willow cottage with private hot tub

The bed was amazing, the location was amazing. Hot tub was heaven.

The dirty cutlery 🤢, on arrival it was freezing cold. Heating not on, we put the heating on to learn it wasn’t working. It was so cold we had to sit in our coats and use covers off the bed & the oven to keep warm. We couldn’t get hold of the owner Eventually after more than 2 hours we got a response and heating got sorted. My son almost had a glass shower screen fallen on him as obviously the cleaner hadn’t reported it was broken and must of just put it back to look like it was safe to use, had I have not helped my son with the shower things would of been different. The owner very manipulative and wouldn’t refund because I put on a honest and truthful review ( she obviously doesn’t like it when her property gets honest and truthful reviews lol) Stinky scabby carpet in the bathroom that smelt aweful when you walk in. Got to be out by 10am, and strip your own beds etc because the cleaners can’t be bothered to do there job clearly. ( I always strip my bed everywhere I stay anyway) but it’s not the point. You go away to relax ( this place was far from relaxing as you cannot relax when you’re freezing cold and have a small child with you and then not being able to get in touch with the manager. I was quite stressed to be honest. We even knocked on the house but again no response. ( do not stay here it’s not worth the money) Go somewhere worth your money guys

Beautiful location. Comfy and private

Just the fact that you couldn’t use the hot tub facilities between 10pm-10am would’ve like to have enjoyed it in the morning before check out but other than that 10/10 will definitely be back!

The path up the road to the cottages wad a little dodgy.... large potholes and very tight

Secluded location made it super quiet and peaceful. Cottage is homely and clean and very private. Hot tub is perfectly situated behind the cottage, giving ultimate privacy. Very clean and hot, added touches of fairy lights when dark and hangers to hang clothes/towels on.

The road/track is very uneven, not ideal for anything too low. Sofa wasnt overly comfy. Bed was very hard and somewhat difficult to actually get into as it was so high! Hot tub area could would benefit from a sweep to keep the area clean.

The location was beautiful ,the cottage was beautiful,bed was comfy.

place was freezing i feel the heating should of bee n put on for guests beforehand with the small window to check it wouldn't of been a problem for them, the only place I've ever stayed and there was no bathroom toiletries and they state you have to wash up yet nothing to wash up with had to wash pots with my hands , The property inside and out has so many rules plastered all over the placecits very off-putting although I appreciate the importance of being respectful and following owners wishes I found it very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The hot tub area was lovely however it was filthy hadn't been cleaned there was black hair chunks and neither of us have dark hair. I feel a few things need tweaking i am never one to moan i stay at lots of places all the time and although it was beautiful I needed to leave a honest review.

Stayed here multiple times and it’s lovely

Downside is the tv in the cottage It flickers and it’s very old, we couldn’t watch anything on the tv.
