Willow cottage with private hot tub

Location was excellent. It's a lovely part of the country. Willow cottage was very nice and clean. It was a good size with all that you needed, except being unable to connect to the WiFi. Hot tub was private and sheltered.

The drive to the property was 0.3 miles from the road and took a few minutes due to how bumpy the path was. We were unable to connect to the WiFi. Lack of communication between Booking.com and property meant getting the key code wasn't as straight forward as it should have been. Also don't know why it said on Booking.com about no check-in after 6.30pm when you let yourself into the property.

It is a lovely location where you can walk straight out onto Hens Cloud walks and then on to the Roaches. The property is excellent, and it has a private hot tub, which was great after a long day's walk. The road is pretty rough, so take it easy. Trust Google Maps

There were limited towels. The heating controls had no batteries, so sorting hot water and heating took a while. A real eclectic set of plastic drinking cups only

Location is great for walkers but also very private, and the hot tub was very enjoyable after a hike

The drive is long and full of potholes, you need to go very slowly down it - but that’s the only thing

They accepted the booking and took the money then decided to email to say they couldn't check us in after 8pm. 96 pound absolute waste disgusting service and completely ruined mine and my partner and son's evening. Disgusting Will be filing complains

The restrictions on hot tub use were pathetic and the host wasn’t at all friendly and it was too enclosed no views from anywhere especially the hot tub which was totally boxed in when you could actually use it definitely wouldn’t recommend
