Fattoria Di Pancole

Stunning views in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, surrounded by plenty of vineyards, ancient towns and walking / trekking routes. The property was lovely, hot water a little iffy but we didn’t mind as weather was hot.

Mosquitoes! We stayed at the start of August and there were plenty of mozzies! Definitely take a good repellant if staying this time of year. We are an active family of four, and felt a bit like our children couldn’t have fun / relax in the pool. We were a little too loud one day despite being the only family in pool area. The atmosphere is definitely more geared towards adults and couples although families are welcome and we had a great time.

Beautiful surroundings.

An absolutely beautiful part of the world and a very comfortable stay. We spent 3 nights here and could happily have spent longer. Sandra and Lorenzo were fantastic hosts - thank you!

The views from the apartment were spectacular. The pool area was well equipped with beds and the pool was very clean and peaceful. The apartment was very clean. It had a rustic charm as expected. The reason I would rate it as very good rather than excellent would be because the kitchen facilities are basic and the living area was smaller than expected. The outside areas were beautiful.

As mentioned before, the living area was smaller than expected for 4 people but the bedrooms were spacious. The outside areas were beautiful but access was down a flight of stairs. The information about that may have been provided (I may have missed it) but it just was a little less easy for my elderly father.

My family of 4 (2 teenage boys) had a wonderful stay here. Il Cavaliere apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The apartment has beautiful views with great/new air conditioning which we appreciated as we were there during a heat wave (highs in 93-98 degrees Fahrenheit). The kitchen is well equipped and we self-catered about half our meals to give us more time at the pool. The host, Sandra, is warm and inviting. The location is convenient to Florence, Empoli, Siena and the Chianti region. We spent many hours at the beautiful pool after exploring the region on eMTBs, hiking, and by car. The grounds and pool are impeccably maintained. The private patio and garden areas were perfect for relaxing. The Fattoria Di Pancole's wine is very, very good and reasonably priced. My only regret was not budgeting enough time for one of their wine experiences/tasting. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The location was perfect. The facilities immaculate. The staff extremely friendly and welcoming. We loved getting to know Sandra and Lorenzo at the time tasting!
