Please note that towels are changed every 3 days, while bed linen are changed once per week. A daily or more frequent change comes at a surcharge. Air-conditioning is available upon request and at an additional cost. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Apartments are set on the first floor of a building with no elevator.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The location is fantastic with an exceptional view. The apartment was decorated in a Tuscan classic way, very authentic.

"Beautiful picturesque Tuscan stay"

Loved the location, we were in Il Nibio apartment with terrace , was perfect to have our private balcony with an incredible view, only 15 minutes to some gorgeous towns , simple but lovely kitchenette, stunning property

Neighbour wipper snipping his lawn for 2hours on a Sunday afternoon/night was a disturbance to our last night , shame there is no time restrictions in the country for noise

"Great stay at Fattoria di Pancole"

We had a great stay at Fattoria di Pancole. The view was amazing and the rooms were super cozy. The whole area is beautiful and there are some really good restaurants close by, so highly recommend trying those out - however there is no grocery stores nearby so would buy some food on beforehand. Also - we made it without a car, we took a bus to San Gimignano (the bus drives by two times a day or so) and walked back home. Otherwise we just walked around the area. It worked fine but it would, as we were told repeatedly by others, have been easier with a car. Highly recommend the place and their wine!
