Beautiful location, lovely rooms, incredible views.

It was a bit isolated. The closest shops are 15 minutes away for basic supplies.

Nice appartment with a brilliant view for valley. Beautifull area for walks. Great place to have a rest. Lovely garden with the pool. Good location, close to San Giminiano.

Water accident.

The location was amazing. Our apartment was huge for just my boyfriend and I. The views were better than expected and especially loved the pool overlooking the vineyards. The staff graciously gave us a ride down to San Gimignano so we could pick up our rental car. We were absolutely awed by our stay!

The views and location were amazing. In that regard, the experience was more than we could have hoped for.

The 'nickel and dime' fee schedule. They list a washer as an amenity, and then charge you ten euro per load, five euro for the iron, twenty-five euro for wine tasting, and seven euro should you want a clean towel or a pool towel. But the most aggravating is that we didn't get the rooms we reserved. To their credit, they didn't charge us for the room we reserved the price of the room we had, but we would have preferred the larger rooms and the in-suite bathrooms.

The view of the winery is fabulous. The apartment is clean and well equipped.

It’s far and beyond any touristic spot. In the middle of nowhere so reaching any place was a nightmare. It’s NOT a farm stay as there is no farm or animals to be seen. No restaurant or food options. Yes breakfast is available on request. But all you get is a dry piece of bread accompanied with dry slice of ham and cheese. We asked for omelette and was informed boiled eggs is the only option. It’s pathetic and to top it v all we got charged 13 euros per ahead. Total rip off!

The location was beautiful, views of Tuscan hills, vineyards, and olive groves from almost every angle. You can see the Medieval cities of San Gimignano and Certaldo in the distance, which are both a short drive away (15 min). We thought it was a great central location in Tuscany, and did day trips to Florence and Siena by train. The pool was well kept and clean, and the kids had a great time in it. The grounds were well maintained and clean. The rooms were also very comfortable and clean. The closest grocery store was a 15 min drive away. We went out to eat a few times but also made lunches and breakfasts at home. The kitchen was well equipped to cook. I would definitely consider returning one day!

In our room the AC unit was in the main entrance of our appartment, and none in any of the rooms. So our bedrooms got quite warm. Thankfully there were fans in each room which helped us sleep more comfortably.

Amazing view and location if you are looking for a quite vacation enjoying the scenic views of Tuscany. But you do need a car there. Beautiful place with a great pool and amazing staff. Everyone was really friendly and we felt right at home.
