Please note that the pool is open from May until September. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of EUR 10 applies for every hour of delay. Please note that towels are changed every 3 days, while bed linen are changed once per week. A daily or more frequent change comes at a surcharge. Air-conditioning is available upon request and at an additional cost. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Apartments are set on the first floor of a building with no elevator.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Beautiful pool area and beautiful views. Pancole has a tiny tiny town, but it is very picturesque. Very clean apartment.

10 euros to borrow tiny (average) beach towels was a bit steep. Some staff were helpful, others were not.

Warm welcome, beautiful views and pool. Spacious but homely accommodation provided all needed for our stay as well as lovely outside areas to relax, eat, chat and drink their amazing wine!

Excellent accommodation, would definitely recommend. Was nice and quiet Wine was fabulous!! Location convenient for visiting local towns, Chianti, Sienna. Set in beautiful landscape Pool area clean and comfortable Very comfortable bed, kitchen although small had everything needed during our stay Sitting area allocated on lawned area had a lovely view

Very minor point but our room shared an outdoor sitting area with those in next door apartment and felt a bit awkward at times if sitting out with a drink or meal.

It was one of the most pleasent stays. You feel the Tuscany staying at this property. Such a peace, good air, stunning view! All you need is inside the property... excellent equipment in the kitchen. Location is perfect if you want to travel around. Few minutes from San Gimignano, one of the favourite towns in Tuscany. Highly recommended!

You need cosmetics against mosquitos.
