Fattoria Di Pancole

Nice and relaxing! Great views and great pool area.

Beds could have been better.

Just outside of San Gimignano, in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, Fattoria di Pancole was the perfect base for our week long holiday. We stayed in the apartment La Lepre, which consisted of a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and pretty much every utensil/amenity you could possibly need. And the views... well, they were absolutely breathtaking! From the small terrace outside the apartment, on which we enjoyed an early morning coffee, and a relaxing glass of wine on an evening, to the small garden area specific to each apartment, not to mention the lovely pool area, which we were lucky enough to have to ourselves most days of our stay. Sandra and her family were lovely and really helpful, as were every single staff member we met. Providing us with recommendations on places to visit and even helping us to make dinner reservations at local restaurants. During our stay, we tried 2 of the wineries' own red wines, and they were really, really good. We're only sorry that we didn't get chance to try them all, but on the plus side, it's a good reason for us to return... just one of many!! My final comments have been saved for one of the main reasons that we chose the Fattoria di Pancole for our stay... Teo 🐕 (apologies if that's spelt incorrectly). Who met us out of our hire car every day with a happily wagging tail and a smile that so reminded us of our own dogs and made us feel truly at home. To sum up... this is an absolutely amazing place and we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. 😊

Clean beautiful scenery nice pool

Strict guidelines, pool should be open till at least 9 in summer. No coffee tea in kitchen no microwave. Lack of bathroom toiletries . These should be standard practice for the money they charge months upfront. Unfriendly staff

Idyllic and peaceful. Far away from the crowds. Adorable apartments. Delicious wines. Sandra and Lorenzo are very pleasant and kind.

everything-location and accommodations were great but the best asset is the people-very friendly family operated vineyard. Lorenzo and Sandra made us feel welcome and helped us with everything from dinner reservations to advice on local attractions.

The location was beatific and the apartment was very spacious and clean.

There were spaces we could not go into and this felt restrictive.

Absolutely gorgeous choice for Tuscany and nearby San Gimignano. The family and their puppy were lovely to us and we enjoyed the winery tour and tasting. Breakfast each morning was quaint with stunning views. The apartment was gorgeous with roses leading up to the door, and the master bedroom had incredible views. Better if you have a rental car here to explore nearby towns-which luckily we did.

There was unusually high rainfall during our stay and all across N. Italy, and this caused a bit of sewer smell the first day but was completely out of the control of the owners and they were very apologetic and helped us address the issue as best as possible.

Great location - close to Siena and great view fr the property with separate garden and balcony

Very thin walls - we heard every normal voice level conversation from guests next door to a point where it impacted falling asleep. Otherwise apartment was fine, a bit outdated but OK.
