Fattoria Di Pancole

This place is like a dream, like a Tuscany dream. Very comfy, cozy apartments. Stunning View on Tuscany landscapes. Amazing Wine tour (highly recommended for any price) and wine too (“Baracca 1903” especially, care it at home to very special moment). Very quiet place - sometimes by the pool we felt like the only guests :) San Gimignano 10min away from Fattoria by car. Very nice and autentic restaurant within walking distance (Agriturismo Il Rustico) (on the way back we met a wild boar :D). The atmosphere of the stay was wonderful, thanks to the hosts for the warm welcome, we really enjoyed our stay here. Sandra and Lorenzo, you and your fattoria is forever in our hearts. I Hope we come back again one day <3

What a wonderful place, beautiful setting and perfect hosts

Everything was perfect

We had a fabulous stay at Fattoria di Pancole. Gorgeous location in the Tuscan countryside, yet only 5 minutes drive from San Gimignano. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Ample parking for cars. Our accommodation was decorated in typical Tuscan fashion. It was really comfortable and had everything we needed. Bedroom was large with a view of the Tuscan hills and vineyards. We had a lovely table and chairs outside with another beautiful view. We used the pool which was spotless and overlooked their vineyard and olive trees. We did a tour of their vineyard and also a wine tasting which was accompanied by traditional and local Tuscan food. There is the option to buy bottles of their excellent wine. We were given great recommendations of places to eat in San Gimignano. We would love to have stayed longer!

The only thing I would change is moving the air conditioning into the bedroom. It was in the hallway outside the bedroom. It did not cool the room enough so it was very warm at night when trying to sleep.

The best place to stay in whole Tuscany! Near San Gimignano and the most beautiful views! Clean and large rooms and your own garden. The pool area is amazing with many sun beds, parasols and has even Wi-Fi. Good for both families, couples and friends. Will 100% go back in the future.

We don’t want to praise this place too much, as everyone will want to come, and we want it free for us. But seriously having come here last year for a wine tour and tasting we vowed to come and stay this year and having spent 10 nights here we want to come back every year! We stayed in Il Nibbio which is a lovely apartment for 2 with a large terrace overlooking the Tuscan countryside. We spent many evenings sitting on the terrace, enjoying the view, eating alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner, watching the sun go down or sitting in the moonlight listening to the cicadas. Sandra and Luca are so friendly and perfect hosts and even invited all the guests to have some wine and nibbles with them which was a really lovely gesture. Being a winery, the wine is fantastic! There is a quiet swimming pool with plenty of sun beds and deck chairs and finding somewhere by the pool was never an issue. The whole place is surrounded by breath taking views both front and back. The apartment is clean and comfortable with everything you need to self cater and enjoy a lovely holiday. We’ll be back for sure!

We stayed in appartment "il capriolo" for 4 nights, everything was fine, very nice pool, very nice surrounding, but you have to have a car. Beautiful village San Gimignano only a few minutes away = one of the nicest villages ever! We also took our bikes with us. Breakfast is quite expensive for what it is, every day the same, missed the "real" italian coffee, they have a selfservice machine. But you dont have to eat there. There is a kitchen in each appartment. We made a wine tasting with Sandra, they have great wines and we bought a lot :-) One evening the owners Sandra and Luca organized a apéritif for all guests with some snacks, very nice!

Good stay in August although it was more than 42 degrees everyday. The apartment was good 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with kitchnet prepared with basic things to make simple meals. The air conditioning was placed in the corridor, so you need to leave all doors opened in order to have air conditioning in the rooms. Traditional decoration. The pool was nice although not so big as it seems in the pictures. Very nice view of the hills of Tuscany. Towels for the pool and daily cleaning of the room are not included in the price. What I think could be imptoved: air conditioning, the hour of check-out (10h) and of course include pool towels and cleaning in the price. Very good option to spend some days in Tuscany.

Overall we had a really nice holiday in the Fattoria. As you can see from google maps the place is like a little borgo with a path in the middle which divides the two sides of the place. We stayed at the apartment "Il Falco" which is on the first floor of the building close to the pool. It takes roughly 20 stone steps to get to the apartment which has a kitchen and two rooms, one with the bathroom the other one has the bathroom outside the room. Rooms are basic, not too big but clean and nicely furnished. Roughly 50 meters from our apartment on the left side we had the swimming pool. This is just awesome. From the pool area, which is very quiet, you have a fantastic view of the valley. You can't eat in the swimming pool garden which is quite annoying, but you can move not too far away and take a seat in the garden spots that surround the Fattoria. Something which is important to note is that in this beautiful place there is nowhere to buy anything to eat. So I recommend to make some food shopping before getting there. However San Gimignano is just 10km far and there is a supermarket just before getting there on the right hand side. Wireless signal is very strong anywhere. We enjoyed our stay a lot, a place to visit!
