Nice vibe, beautiful old building (been partly there since 9th century !), great food at breakfast and diner, lovely staff.

Very quiet location with a picturesque tuscany view. A lot of nice communal spaces to enjoy the beautiful views too. Maria the host and staff were very lovely.

We were surprised beyond expectations! Firstly, it is in an incredibly beautiful location. Secondly, it has a significant historical presence going back centuries. Thirdly, the food was AMAZING! rather than hunting for the best restaurant in San Gimignano, we stayed in place and had the best meals of our trip! All the staff were helpful, kind, warm, and knowledgeable.

just the meat for the main dinner course. that was very tastefully prepared, but poultry or fish were missed after a couple of dinners

It was the highlight of our trip. A wonderful place with every attention to detail. We loved the location and the view. All was fabulous.

The staff were very good. The location was great. The dinner was nice and the breakfast was exceptional.

The only negative was that the air-conditioning wasn't working effectively so the room was a little warm.

The views really are amazing and everything I wanted for our anniversary trip to Tuscany. We loved that we were right on the Via Francegena. We walked about 1.5 miles from the agriturismo and back. So many great views. The food was great. I am a picky eater and tried things that I've never tried, and liked them. We enjoyed the many options for wine. Maria was kind enough to show us around and give us a history of the place. Absolutely fascinating! They have had interesting archaeological finds. There is a nice view from the pool area which is outside the main area and through another gate. We walked through vineyard and met the donkeys. I really wish we had stayed 4 or 5 nights instead of just 3. We have already recommended this stay to friends.

We liked our room, but I would have preferred an upstairs room for the view. I recommend staying in a suite if you can get it. We visited the suites with friends we made on the trip and they are very nice and had great views from the terrace.
