"Our stay was fine and the staff were lovely but would not stay again"

Warm people and the views were nice. The breakfast was sufficient and the air conditioning worked well.

Was not as lovely as pictured. Limited space to relax and pool not as pictured. Property needed some maintenance. Mosquitoes everywhere hindered us from enjoying the outdoors

Loved the 5 course degustation each night with the wines from the property. Close to towns to discover But nice to retreat to a peaceful enclave.

"Authentic rustic charm"

Incredible setting, and the off road drive makes it so exciting! My daughter giggled the whole way! The pool was perfect for young children and adults alike. Food was lush, and staff were really lovely and friendly. Really easy drive to San gimignano, is picture perfect Tuscany.

The (lack of) air con jn the bedrooms unfortunately meant we didn’t sleep that well.

"Brilliant views, friendly host, mosquitos ruined our stay"

Brilliant views, friendly host, honest food served

Mosquitos. They ruined our stay both at the restaurant and at the pool, i.e. all the time. Not a problem of this magnitude at all in other parts of Tuscany where we stayed. Reachable only via a long sandy dusty road, suited for an SUV. Lunch simple and overpriced at e30/pp vs good dinner at e35/pp.
