We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Everyone was so kind and incredibly welcoming. The room was comfortable and the meals were memorable. The room and decor felt "classic", the pictures do not do it justice. The property is scenic with many different nooks and areas to relax indoors and outdoors. Even with multiple other families staying there, it is not hard to find your own quiet place. We were able to visit San Gimignano (just a 10 minute drive away) and hike a little bit of the Via Francigena (right next to the agriturismo). But mostly, it was the perfect place to simply relax and enjoy the Tuscan countryside.

While the remote location is worth it, the sometimes steep drive on the gravel road could be a bit nerve-wracking.

It is an amazing place with stunning views, amazing hosts and incredible story of the place. We loved everything and wish to come back! I want to thank all team for having us there, they really care and made our stay very comfortable. There so much attention to all details, from rooms, breakfast, yard with coffee table, cold water, fantastic wine (we loved Rasna rose), amazing pool and great dinners!!! Maria is very special ❤️. It is 10 out of 10 with no doubt!

Excellent location to use as a base from which you can easily wonderful Tuscan towns. It’s also right on the Via Francigena which made for a wonderful hike to San Gimignano! The small relais is quiet, laid back and a super place to relax. And its staff were ALL super ! We especially liked the long and unique history of the property.

The property was prefect for a Tuscan countryside get away. A beautifully situated estate on a farm 10 minutes outside of the beautiful medieval town of San Gimignano. The room was incredible and the staff was great. Maria was so kind and accommodating and greeted us as soon as we arrived. The dinner was incredible, 5 course meal of all fresh ingredients for a very affordable price. The owner, Stefano, made sure to greet every guest at dinner and tell them about each course as well as give suggestions on the wine that he makes at dinner. You can tell how much passion he has for his business and making sure everyone feels like they are at home during their stay. 10/10 experience and I would recommend to anyone who wants to get a true authentic Tuscan countryside experience.

We fully enjoyed the stay at this historical estate with a great hospitality of the host and team, unforgettable view of Tuscany landscape, and fantastic homemade dinner, wine and breakfast. Also, this estate is located on the via Francigena which offered the wonderful country walk to San Gimignano. We should have stayed longer!!

The location was perfect with no other properties close by to detract from the beautiful views of the rolling hills and orchards. The room was large and comfy. The breakfast buffet was very good with many selections to choose from and dinner was excellent, it was one of the best dinners we had in Italy. If we ever return to Tuscany, this will be our number one choice to stay.
