Holywell Grange Farm

We had a very early flight to catch from Newcastle and we wanted to spend the night in a quiet place outside the city. It was raining cats and dogs and it was really cold that night. The moment we entered the property we were welcomed by Jonny who helped us find the farm access over the phone. The cottage was really warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious, cozy and the beds very comfortable. We only regret we didn't get the chance to visit the donkeys and horses with our son the following day. Excellent value for money.

Great location Jon really helpful and let the kids pet/ride the donkey. Room is a good size, comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed our stay.

Everything! Jon and Trish were very welcoming. Wonderful hosts. The room was spotless, beds were very comfortable and the room amenities were great. Lovely hot shower too! Gorgeous dogs, horses and donkeys. It’s an animal lovers paradise. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you 🙏

Everything was perfect.

It was a lovely room, nice and spacious with a microwave and mini fridge. Jon and Trish were lovely and welcoming, allowed my daughter to pet the Donkeys. Would definitely stay again.
