Snowberry Cottage at Lochsloy Farm Little River

Beautiful property with an incredible view.

No gripes.

Comfy and cosy bed, cabin had everything we needed. Slept well 😊

This accommodation is at a family run farm. Even though this cute cabin is next to the family home it gave us the impression that we were in a secluded place. Our welcoming committee was a flock of sheep meeting us on the driveway. Marie apologized but we thought it was the perfect experience especially as it is a working farm. The Cottage was well equipped and very clean. The loft bed was very comfortable but anyone who is tall be aware that the ceiling under the loft bed is approximately 5 feet in height. It didn’t bother us at all. There’s a welcoming book with the history of the farm that is very interesting and Marie gave us directions for our road trip to Twizel for the next day. If we ever return for another vacation to New Zealand we will definitely book Snowberry Cottage again but for a longer stay.

Everything was wonderful. It was wonderful watching the young sheep jumping around and the whole flock bleating as the background music for our evening at Snowberry Cottage.

These guys accepted a super last minute booking after my other air BnB was cancelled. We had a phenomenal stay. The host was lovely she even offered for us to stay until the next afternoon no extra charge! The location and scenery is insane. The cabin/cottage was super cozy and such a clever use of space. We got to feed the sheep on the morning and even had a visit from some beautiful geese. Cannot thank the host enough if I am in the area again I would definitely go back and stay again.

Einmalige Lage, ruhig, mit Blick auf den See. Super toll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts, obwohl es nur ein kleines Haus ist.

The cottage was well built and has everything you need.
