It feels like home, the rooms are big and clean and the terrace is cosy. You can play cards on the shadow in the garden and then to swim in the beautiful pool and then you can grab sometime to eat since all the good tavernas are super close. The part I love the most was how nice the host Sofia treated us, she offered so many priceless information such as where to eat, what to visit including which way to go.

The location was absolutely perfect on a flat property set back from the main road so very tranquil and only moments from the #16 bus stop.Our room was huge with a kitchenette, bed and sitting area and in-suite bathroom was all new and large. Balcony area was a great size which also included a hanging area for wet beach towels etc. Having a pool with decent lounges/umbrellas for the times you just want to lounge by the pool instead of the beach was lovely. Staff were super friendly with great recommendations and breakfast was always a good choice of different foods.So many different tavernas close by to choose from and a great beach across the road made this accommodation absolutely perfect. As our first to this island, we felt like we’d really hit the jackpot with our choice of accommodation. No wonder there were so many return guests staying here!

We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful lush outdoor space as well as the pool area. Our room was spacious and well maintained with a generous patio.

Lovely family boutique hotel, surrounded by beautiful nature! Very engaged and helpful staff - Sofia and staff members made our stay extremely pleasant!

Rooms are very clean and spacious, there is a nice terrace outside where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Breakfast has basic options but it is delicious and homemade. Outside is a very nice grass and palm trees, it is calm and relaxing. The hosts are very kind and on the last day there is a shower so you can enjoy beach after check out. Location is very convenient, a nice beach is in walking distance as well as bus stop 16 for Skiathos town and other beaches. Pool is clean.

No negative impressions, everything was perfect.

Location was excellent at Bus Stop 16 with excellent restaurants within a short walking distance and the lovely beach of Agia Pararskevi just across the road too.

The pool is lovely, plenty of sun loungers and the room was spotless. All the guests were super lovely and friendly. The owner and staff are so helpful and couldn’t do more. Drinks and snacks available from The pool bar are all very reasonable. It’s also in a great location for the beach and restaurants.

Property is amazing, great location, green and very clean surroundings. Perfect for kids. The pool was very nice. Exceptionally welcoming and cheerful hosts. Highly recommend!

The court was great - palm trees etc. Clean. Nice pool.

We received a free "room upgrade" but after a few days we were asked to move and we had to pack up everything. We did not ask for any room upgrade and the stress with packing the luggage and moving all our stuff was annoying and humiliating. Too few breakfast options. The road to the beach was dusty and the distance was not 50m as stated on Booking. (it is actually 300m) Checkout was at 11 not at 12 as stated on Booking.
