Comfortable bed, powerful shower

Couldn't lock the door from the inside

It was a lovely location and all facilities were good.

The heating wouldn't work so we were really cold. It came on for 10 minutes then went off. We called the emergency number at 9.30pm to ask for a heater but we didn't get a response. Have since told them this was an issue and got told that it will be looked into. Too little too late sorry.

Private space, away from the city centre but not too far.

Sound deadening is not great, made worse by high ceilings.

The location was good. The decor was good, it was clean. Good parking.

The mattresses were awful. They had springs poking through. Was very uncomfortable. Also it was cold when we arrived. I asked for extra bedding, but we didn't get any. We turned the heating up high, and then it was warmer. It has very high ceilings, so it took a while to heat up. Would have been better if it had been put on before we arrived. Towels were small and rough. Although some people like a rough towel.

Rooms were really spacious and the breakfast in the cafe was amazing

Location as the satnav told me I was there ….. but we weren’t. Michelle from reception came into the busy road and waved so we knew where to turn which we were super grateful for x
