Everything was clean and tidy bed was clean and comfortable Coffee and tea facilities topped up daily everything you needed in the bathroom didn’t need to take toiletries.

There was nothing we did not like Close to where we needed to be Breakfast on site was lovely nice staff

Perfect location, and lovely room. Simple, clean and modern. The cafe on site was perfect for breakfast. Lovely staff and great food.

We booked it to do some sightseeing around the area, the only bad thing was we were so busy we didn't spend much time in the room. I would love to stay again.

"Good location, disappointing room"

The location was good for Chester and the outlet village.

The room smelt strongly of bleach. Wasn't pleasant. There was Damp and the wall was patch where the paint had peeled off. The room was lacking the home comforts of a sofa or comfy chairs to relax in before going to bed. It was a bit disappointing as we stayed for our anniversary.
