Huone oli siivoamatta, astiat likaisia, lattiat pölyssä, ikkunat likaiset ja tyynyt täynnä hikitahroja. Huoneen lämpötila oli helteinen eikä mahdollisuutta viilennykseen

Kommunikointi vastaanotossa oli hieman hankalaa, kun respan tytöt eivät puhu suomea.

The location was ideal to enjoy skiing at Yallas, the Northern Lights from the nearby frozen lake, a grocery store was a 5 minute walk away as were plenty of restaurants and bars

Hotel is in the middle of the little town everything is in walking distance. The sauna was a nice bonus and worked nicely.

It wasn’t very clean not to a point where I wouldn’t stay there but should be improved. You only get one small and one “big” towel that will not be replaced. If you want more/fresh towels you need to buy the set with new bedding which was not worth it. We bought towels at the store.

The taxi dropped us at the back door so it wasn't obvious where to find the key box. We asked another guest for help

The sauna was awesome

The stove was splintered with very sharp edges. I cut my fingers while cleaning. The carpet was really dirty. The couch was broken. There is no real reception and the staff does not speak English (though they seem nice people)
