Hotel Lost In Ylläs

Great hotel, comfortable and cosy. The staff where the very best, love them.

Great location. Lovely place. Nice and clean rooms.

Very poor experience in check in. Sauna didn’t work. Zero customer service experienced.

Centrally located in the heart of Äkäslompolo. Staff was nice, friendly And helpful. Studio flat worked well for our 3-people group.

I found The Flat a bit unclean. Very stained rug in The main area wasn’t very welcoming. Also The Place was a bit dusty. I’d still recommend this property.

Location was great, bed was comfortable and the kitchen had enough basic pots/pans/cutlery to cook for ourselves. We loved having the sauna in the bathroom.

Not a fan of having to pay separately for the sheets (and towels) on top of the cost of the flat. There was also no olive oil, pepper, tea or coffee in the flat so make sure your bring your own (K-Market has everything you need).

Poor WiFi in my room. Electric outlet for vehicle only active for two hours - short when really cold outside.

It's near supermarket and some restaurants ara available in the area. There is ski bus that goes to the slope also. Price is also very good, it is a new apartment. There is also a balcony, perfect for spring sun. Parking with heater is available.

Linen and towel is not included. You can bring your own or rent. For the studio apartment have no dishwasher.
