Hotel Lost In Ylläs

Comfortable apartment with private sauna, central location. Great wifi.

The property was excellent as well as the location. I think the property would benefit from a toaster and an oven/airfryer

Room was fine but the sofa bed is not for sleeping, it is way too unconfortable. Room was fine but required a lot of cleaning before leaving. Before when staying in apartments like this there has been basic things in caninets like salt and pasta etc but here no. Only suhar cubes. Also the laundry room was very untidy but was still happy that it was there

Very good location to stay when attending on NUTS Ylläs Pallas trail running event as it is close to the Finish line. Big thanks for flexibility in checking in and out - this was very meaningful in this type of sports trip. It was also luxury to have nice cafeteria in the same building that I utilized actively.

Apartment was pretty hot inside (+25) and there was no adjustment for air conditioning. I got it a bit more cool by keeping the balcony door open, but that is not very environmental option too (and not always possible due to mosquitos). It would be perfectly fine to keep the heat around 20c.

The studio appartment has everything you need, including sauna and drying cabinet for winter clothes after skiing. It as was a good size for two. Location was great.

You need to take your own sheets and towels or rent them with extra cost.

The bed pillows were worn out. They should be regularly changed, as they wear out rather soon. A spare toilet paper roll was not available. We had to borrow one, which the lady in the reception did, kindly. Although it was not her job, but one for the cleaning services. The kitchen was in order, which is good. Howeveer, we missed a sturdy scoop to stir porridge and casseroles. Only plastic utensils were available, very fragile for stirring. This was a small thing, we managed with a steel spoon.... The sorting of garbage should be better organised in the property. Now the customers were asked to take them themselves to Jounin kauppa, Only mixed garbage tank was available in the property, which was poor.
