Communication on how to enter apartment clear and timely.

Apartment quite worn down e.g. blinds missing and floor held together with tape. Kitchen facilities not really usable as no utensils

Completely nothing at all . Very old and torn bedding, uncomfortable bed even the pillows with the pillowcase, what a disgusting and disgrace. The shower wasn't working properly. I will never ever set my foot on this property ever again. There's nothing good or better to say about this trash ,dirty cheap property.

Everything from out to inside of this property was just unbelievable. Very old and torn bedding Uncomfortable bed plus so old I had to hold the shower head to talk shower since it was brole This place needs a completely make over

We were not made aware of the checking in facilities. I had a random text message from an unknown number just before our check in time asking for proof of ID Was unaware until we arrived at the property we needed key codes . We were an hour after arrival before we actually got in the room . It was a very tiring and stressful process after our journey. The blind on the window was broken and because we had the window open due to the hot weather it was banging all night . There was no sugar with the drink making facilities The shower was not clean Paid the exact same price for a travel lodge in London the following night , no comparison Would not recommend and will not be staying again

There was nothing to like about this property, it was unsanitary, the bed was broken, the mirror was broken, the apartment/ room was very small, dirt on the walls, mattress heavily stained, bed frame was not meant for a 6ft man i.e too small. There where wet bath towels, the room smelled of mould and grime. Extremely below any expectations. This property should not be listed on booking.com!

I did not like anything about this property, it was unsanitary.

When are got there could no access with the code that was seek by booking.com , l spent a hour outside in the cold , they did not answer calls Had to access their WhatsApp number through the booking.com chat they then gave me a new entrance and room code . They is not parking at all had to park in another street . They is not reception . l wonder why booking.com has then in there app . I think Booking.com you startards are pathetic now , l don’t see myself using your app ever again or even recommending anyone

Service No parking , No reception, Dirty room linen, Poor communication it just not worth my money l paid

Very close to the train and the museum. Bed was comfy enough.

The furniture was very worn with exposed chipboard/mdf on all the edges All the fixtures / radiators were generally grimy There were no bin liners The sink plug was stuck in the sink and I couldn’t remove it. I had to brush my teeth over the toilet for the sake of not giving the cleaner/handyman a sink full of toothpaste to deal with The blinds are ineffective and let a lot of light in There were cigarette burns in the bathroom floor in front of the toilet which is a bit gross. This is not a “De Luxe Aparthotel” it’s the equivalent of a 1-star hotel or a room in low-rate student halls. I would not have booked if the description on the listing was more honest.

The attitude from the person we deal with via email. I was asked to send proof of identity which I provided several times, did not get key code til just before 5pm even though requested it several times. The code didn't work and when I told them this I was told to read the whole email. Finally got correct code after 5pm. Room was not like in the pictures.
