Horrible place.

The location was good. . Basic room. Quiet location, good for new walk access.

The fact that I didn't know I needed to bring my passport to get into the building. I rang up when I got there and was told I was sent a message in the morning. No message was received, but that was too late anyway as I left my house at 9am. PLEASE ASK THE GUEST AT LEAST A FEW DAYS BEFORE FOR ID, AS I COULD HAVE BEEN STRANDED ON MY OWN IN THE CITY WITH NO EXTRA MONEY FOR ANOTHER HOTEL. IT'S A GOOD JOB I HAD MY BUS PASS ON ME. The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. No communal kitchen as advertised.

Nothing was proper no heater broken shower broken curtain even bed was broken and tv doesn’t work at all

The blinds didn’t work on one of the windows, the towels were not clean and the shower didn’t work (was only cold water)

Was over road from train station little hard to spot but owner was very helpful and understanding nice and tea facility's also bed was decent

I had an emergency trip to Leicester so I booked this room. After getting off the coach I took a bus to the venue. I could not easily see the apartment so I was standing by the roadside asking people for help as the area was dark. Someone directed me to the main door and I entered with the instructions and code. The mirror was broken and the bedding and towels were old and worn out. For £58 I was completely horrified! I could not sleep in the property and had to go around calling hotels to check if they had availability at 11pm! I had to book another room for £89! To say I am extremely disappointed and angry is an understatement! I will NEVER book this place again neither will I recommend it to anyone. This destroyed my whole trip!
