Not applicable due to it being self catering but I won’t have cooked in the kitchen, it was surface level clean but the scourer that you use to was the dishes was dirty which meant for me that nothing was clean.

The decor was outdated and nothing matched, the bed wasn’t comfortable. The mattress needed replacing. There was even a dirty sock on the floor of my partner’s side of the bed. We were meant to be in a disabled apartment but there are 2 steps to get into the main building then the room itself is far too small and cluttered for anyone with a disability to manoeuvre around. The bathroom wasn’t clean, both my partner and myself had to walk side on to get to the toilet due to the narrowness of the gap, if I had of been using my crutches I wouldn’t have managed. The last thing that blew my mind was after 10 minutes of arrival someone, the person I believe was the proprietor knocked on the door to put £3 in the electric meter to last us for our overnight stay, I felt I had stepped back in time 🤦‍♀️🙍‍♀️

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk away from the popular tourist attractions. Very kind welcoming owner and host. Friendly extra touches from Maureen, which made the stay extra special. Nothing was too much trouble even allowing is to store our luggage after check out so we didn't have to take them around with us all day as our train wasn't till later. Would definitely recommend Sarnia holiday flats.

Lovey cosy and clean

Nothing much it was dusty smokey cobwells in corner no big mirror in bedroom couldn't open window need alot of updating has it old need redorating yellow walls and oldcutlery and dinner set but was not bad 4 money

Great location host gave us a carton of milk which was great and kind of him

Shower would have helped if the handle stayed attached to the pole as it took a lot longer to have a shower which would have saved time and money

It is everything you want when going away for a few days as a family, living room, dining table, kitchen, it was clean, my 1 year old was able to walk around safely and not needing to worry about him touching things, the beds was so comfortable, staff was so helpful, even helped us with our suitcases to our room and it's the only place in Blackpool that wee got service so that was amazing, the main thing for us is that wee felt right at home! Wee will definitely be coming back
