Fantastic location, very comfortable. Insulation from the noisy street excellent

For those of you who long for a dark bedroom, this scores 7/10. Unfortunately the designer of the flat puts aesthetics before darkness and so installed a sheet of opaque glass to the side of the door which allows the corridor lights to shine through. There was also the ubiquitous green flashing smoke alarm. Grrrrr Apart from this perfect.

Great building, great appartment, very nice street in Triana and everything in walking distance if you don’t mind walking for 20 minutes. The sofa bed was a bit basic, but hey: it’s a sofa bed 🤷🏼‍♂️. Had a really good time, staff was helpful and the value for money ratio feels on point for this accommodation! I would recommend staying here!

Nice modern apartment in an historic building in the middle of the Triana district.

The apartment is noisy due to other guests and the design of the building. We reported the heating was not working on day one, they said it would be attended to but we stayed four days and it was still not repaired, a bit disappointed.

Great location just next to the bridge and most of the places are at walking distance and the room was very comfortable. Good toiletries, kitchenette for when you want to cook a quick meal. We had the room with a private terrace

A • Location: Outstanding. A few minutes’ walk to restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, the local market, shops, and flamenco shows. Major sights in town such as the Cathedral, Alcázar, and Bullring are within 10–15 minutes on foot. • Atmosphere: The apartment is located on the main street of the Triana District, a lively area with bars and restaurants. With windows closed, normal street noise is effectively blocked. A slightly higher noise level is expected on weekeneds and during festive seasons, though not disturbing, rather cheerful; comes from people, not from traffic. • Communication and Service: Exceptional. Friendly, effective communication before, during, and after our stay. The team accommodated our date change, provided detailed apartment instructions, and gave great recommendations for sightseeing and food. Regular check-ins ensured we had everything we needed. Thoughtful, genuine hospitality throughout. • Apartment: Cozy, clean, and stylish in a historic building. The kitchen was well-equipped. Although there was an initial issue with the Wi-Fi, the staff made significant efforts to resolve it, and it worked well for the rest of our stay. Room cleanliness exceeded expectations, with an extra cleaning service mid-stay adding to the comfort. Overall: First-class service, a perfect location, and a wonderful apartment. Highly recommended.

Great location, lovely room and very comfortable. Lots of room; great balconies to watch street life go by. The outside of the building is also a local attraction.

The automatic key/lock system for front door and room door worked well, but on initial arrival late at night (due to flight delays) once through the front door, the internal door had become stuck and I couldn't get in without phoning the rep (and his mother) at midnight, which was dealt with after a while, but wasn't what you need at midnight when first arriving!

Fantastic location. A Street of tapas bars was just outside our front door but we couldn't hear any noise from our apartment. We were close to the bridge to cross to the busier areas for sightseeing. Triana is so much more relaxed with lovely restaurants and bars alongside the river which were within a 2 min walk. The apartment itself felt quite luxurious and the traditional tile decoration very attractive. We were on the ground floor so we had bi fold doors leading out to a beautiful tiled cool courtyard.

The sofa was really uncomfortable to sit on. Also the courtyard had the traditional tiled seats but they are also not very comfortable to sit on for any length of time. Seal pads might help.

Location. Location. Location. It was the perfect location for us. It was beautifully finished. The staff were absolutely fantastic. The owners were super responsive and very helpful.

The room was a bit small (but given its location this is understandable) and we would have liked to have a small fridge in the room.
