Les photos ne sont pas mensongères. Le logement est très cosy avec tout le charme espagnole. Une bonne literie, un coin cuisine avec le strict nécessaire pour faire une cuisine simple et rapide. Le quartier triana fidèle à son image vivant et festif. Les espagols vivent la nuit. La proximité avec tous les sitesà voir, pas besoin d'utiliser les transports. Tout se fait à pied.

9 jours dans ce logement. Une fois dans votre appartement, vous n'êtes plus la priorité de votre logeur. Les services ne sont pas à l'hauteur de ce logement dit "fabuleux".La gratuité du linge de maison est restreint, 4 serviettes blanches pour 3 personnes, 2 rouleaux de papier toilettes, 2 sacs poubelles (30L),c'est limite. Les poubelles, il faut les vider dans la rue dans des grandes poubelles. C'est commun en Espagne, nous l'avons appris à nos dépends . Il n'y'a pas de laverie, ni buanderie, ni local poubelle comme prétendu. J'ai vu aucun un personnel pour me renseigner sauf le premier jour. Oscar très gentil nous a ramené des draps manquants. L'office est toujours fermé. Après 7 jours l'appartement n'a pas été nettoyé y compris la literie. Personne n'a envie de se battre au téléphone pour des commodités basiques.Pas de balai ou autres.. dans le logement pour nettoyer un minimum. L'appartement 101 côté rue, est doté d'une verrerie à côté de la porte. Il laisse passer la lumière la nuit lorsque les locataires entrent. Si vous avez le sommeil court, vos nuits vont être perturbées. J'ai acheté le nécessaire afin de profiter de mes vacances familiales sans stress. C'est dommage car les service est nul.

Meravigliosa la struttura e molto comoda a tutto e lo staff è molto gentile

The location was fantastic, and the apartment was very clean. The directions for easy entry were very helpful (great communication w/ management), and the building is quiet and beautiful. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans. Tons of great places to eat in the neighborhood, and we particularly loved the proximity to the Mercado de Triana to get fresh produce. Having a laundromat only 1/2 block away was very helpful too.

We truly did love the apartment, but if we could have had more coffee pods and some cooking oil in the kitchen, that would have been ideal. The sofa is also not very comfortable for lounging (at least not if you're tall), but the bed was comfortable. Otherwise it was perfect!

the place was confortable and has excellent location

i will leave more towels, specially for the floor and as there is no cleaning during the staying, maybe leave a broom and a picker, to keep the apartment in perfect conditions.

The apartment was bright, airy and quiet. It had everything we needed, And the small pool on the roof was the perfect place to watch the sun set over the Triana. The balcony was also a plus.

I wish the apartment had some sort of working desk or table to use a computer on. However it did have a counter with stools.

Great location and lovely clean unit

Perfect location — right on the pedestrian street of Calle San Jacinto, just steps from two of our favorite restaurants, flamenco tablaos, and El Mercado de Triana. The staff is extremely responsive and attentive. The building and units are beautifully decorated and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the self check-in with door code access was super convenient.

This was my second time at Escondite. Unfortunately, this time I was on the first floor and had a large family staying in the unit above. The noise from walking and dragging furniture was unbearable at times. While some of it was just the reality of having a big, active family overhead, the floors and walls are somewhat thin. If you're a light sleeper, I’d definitely recommend booking one of the top-floor units. That said, the staff was extremely gracious and agreed to notify the family right away. We did notice a decrease in noise after that. We also couldn’t set the AC below 17°C. Since it’s a large room, it felt very hot the first day, but the staff provided a fan right away upon request. Lastly, the internet signal in our room was weak — we had to stay in the living room to use it reliably, even after they brought us an additional hotspot.
