Great location. Right in heart of Triana but very quiet once inside. Very clean and well decorated. Good facilities, nice little rooftop pool.

Excelente ubicación, el apartamento es seguro y está limpio. Cuenta con cocina, microondas, nevera, tostadora, elementos de cocina, todo lo necesario para pasar los días.

Puede haber un poco de ruido a la noche ya que abajo hay restaurantes y bares, pero no es algo que no te permita dormir.

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Lovely spacious, comfortable room and bed that was perfectly air conditioned. This was especially welcomed in the September Andalusian heat. Great shower and bathroom with complimentary toiletries that were so useful. The apartment was in a prime location along Calle San Jacinto, the epicenter of the the bustling Tirana district. Great area, where locals and tourists thrive in equal measure, the old fishing district made our stay feel authentic whilst being close to the main attractions of Seville, all short walking distances. Highly rated this property for its ease of access, location, cleanliness and value for money. Perfect stay

Location is fantastic and the apartment is great value for money, well kitted out. The staff are lovely and communication and instructions received were easy to follow. Having the small jacuzzi (not heated - a god send) on the roof terrace was blissful on a hot day.

The fridge and the street can be noisy at night, so ear plugs are recommended.

Nous avons passé quinze jours merveilleux. L'appartement très bien terrasse top le spa très agréable et la grande terrasse pour le soir idéale. L'immeuble est magnifique. La propreté de l'établissement entier est irréprochable, Vanessa a été super gentille et convivialle merci a elle. Tout était conforme à nos attentes.😊👍❤️

L'arrivée a l'appartement a été compliqué le système que vous avez mis en place pour le code et le formulaire est compliqué surtout pour des personnes qui ne parlent pas espagnol ou bien anglais. Compliqué et nous n'avons pas été tout seul a avoir eu un problème avec cette formalité. Peut être revoir votre système.😉😄

L’appartamento è molto comodo per girare a piedi Siviglia. È nuovo e spazioso per quattro persone. Lo consiglio!

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Se posso consigliare aggiungerei qualche attaccapanni, un piccolo stendino e magari qualche sedia pieghevole in più (noi eravamo 6 e avevamo 4 sedie).

It was in a great location. The room itself was quite pretty. The small pool was a nice addition.

The room was right next to the entrance and it was sometimes loud. The AC was broken the first night and it was fixed for the second night. I would say that the booking process was confusing and I thought I was going to have access to a kitchen. It wasn't until I booked it non refundable, that I understood what I was getting and even if the pool was available for what I had booked. A few little things here and there but all in all I'd book again.

The location is amazing, just steps from the Puente de Isabel II on a vibrant street full of shops and tapas bars. The apartment was exactly as described, and communication with the staff was seamless. The included rooftop jacuzzi was a fantastic addition that made an already fabulous stay even better.

The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been if the kitchen was stocked with some basic condiments like salt, pepper, and olive oil. There was also an issue with a remote control for a bedroom TV that was unfortunately not fixed during our stay.
