Great location, spacious and perfect for a large group like ours.

Room was not ready on arrival. But that's because people before us left late. It's also suitable for a family but not so suitable for two couples as there is no privacy between the bedroom and the sofa bed in the lounge

The room itself was beautiful and very comfortable. It was also right in front of a street of restaurants. The apartment is approximately 20 minutes walking from the Cathedral and the Alcazar which to me was perfect.

Wonderful location on a lively pedestrian street, but the apartment is very quiet. Double pane windows block the street noise very effectively. Excellent lighting plus good black out shutters. Close to restaurants, bakery, grocery.

Guests need to know this location is on a pedestrian street and taxis cannot take you all the way to the property. The taxi stand is about two blocks from property, level, cobblestones. There is no staff at the property. You need door codes, which are only emailed to you a few hours before you arrive. Entrance has a few steps and then a very, very heavy iron gate. We thought it was locked until my husband figured out how hard we had to push to open it. If you are able-bodied, all of these things are no issue. As you are older, all of these things can be a challenge.

We had an apartment on the frontside of the building. There’s is a lot of noise coming from the street and the bar across the street until 5 am. Not sure if there are also apartments available on the back of the building, but I would recommend those. We complaint about the noise, although it’s not their fault it should be mentioned.

Really liked this apartment rental during our three days in Seville. It’s located on an active pedestrian street very close to all the fun things in Triana. Steps from the Triana market and ceramic shops. Parking is close by but pricey. The room 202 is large, modern and clean. It had a small kitchen and living area, good sized bedroom and large bathroom. We enjoyed the sunny rooftop terrace every day. Really - one of the nicer city apartments that I’ve stayed in. The crispy clean sheets, eventing heat, nespresso machine and tv were all very nice. The only issue we had was that the lock on our door was a bit finicky.
