Personale accogliente e disponibile, possibilità dopo il check-out di lasciare i bagagli, di usufruire della piscina, del bagno, doccia e spogliatoio. Ottimi prezzi al bar (es. bottiglietta d’acqua 0,50€, birra alla spina 2,50€).

L’acqua delle docce in camera è salata. Vasca da bagno piccola molto piccola, con tenda: non è igienica e l’acqua fuoriesce dappertutto. La tavola del water non restava sollevata e ogni qualvolta ci si sedeva restava poggiata sulla schiena. In generale, un bagno molto scomodo. Colazione mediocre: bassa qualità dei prodotti e pochissima varietà, identica tutte le mattine; non tutte le mattine torta e biscotti venivano sfornati al momento, ma spesso ci si ritrovava cibo dei giorni precedenti; abbiamo avuto la stessa impressione con le uova e i salumi. Nota positiva: frutta fresca e latte di soia quasi tutti i giorni.

La disponibilità e la cortesia. Buona anche la colazione. Buono il posto.

Il bagno della camera, vasca piccolissima, scomoda ed impossibile non allagare il bagno quando la si usava. Mi hanno detto al momento del check in di avermi dato una stanza migliore rispetto a quella che mi toccava e sinceramente non riesco a pensare come poteva essere il bagno di quella “non superior”.

Solo la piscina esterna

La struttura era scadente, nella camera dove abbiamo soggiornato l’aria condizionata funzionava una volta si e l’altra no, la pulizia è stata molto scadente, c’erano capelli ovunque anche dopo averla pulita, gli asciugamani per tre volte non ce li hanno cambiati e siamo dovute andare a chiederli ogni volta. Una volta dato che erano finiti gli asciugamani ci hanno dato dei teli mare.

After reading the mixed reviews I was a bit worried about coming to this hotel. How wrong was I!! The hotel was clean the pool area was really lovely, bar staff were great Costa was the young lads name and there was a lovely Egyptian lad on the bar too. The room was clean , basic but did the job Breakfast was very poor cold food not kept hot enough but I just had toast. We were an older couple in our 40s and husband in his 50s. We did not feel out of place all the younger guests were nice etc, I would definitely stay here again if I was to come back. Nice mini bus to take you to the beach and collect you at certain times

I loved that the pool was big and had rool for everyone. Also there was good amount of sun beds so no fighting about them. We had the Superiour double or twin room with a pool view. It was nice to have the upper level room and it was decent room. Loved that the breakfast had a lot of time and it ended at 10.30 so didint need to wake up really early to eat. Also liked that they had the pool bar with snacks till 00.00. Also there is a restaurant really close which is really nice. Free parking with shades was a saver. The staff was nice too and really helpful. Bonus that there was this little stray cat that the I think chef gave maybe left overs and they had a cup with water for it. As a cat lover nice to see that the locals care about those helpless cats <3

- The door in our room had a big cap and we had problems that insects got in and had to use one towel to block it. We didnt care that much but i know that might be a big deal to some people. We also had some kind if baby spiders in our room and found their nest on the curtain so not proper cleaning? - The property including pool and shower water etc was salty and I felt dirty even after showering so be aware - Breakfast was very decent and plain. Could have just gone to a store and buy some things instead of paying for it. Also we usually went around 10 and there was barely anything left and they didn’t really bring stuff anymore. Had the same problem at 9.30. - The pool bar blasted music every night till 00. Some nights would have been nice to just sit on the balcony in silence - The AC was kind of ehh. Seemed like a old one and when you turned it on after we went somewhere it felt like its pushing out humid air. Also had problems that it kept just turning off sometimes and then you had to go and open the balcony door to it go back on (from remote it didn’t restart) - Room keeping was not bad just had some black hairs everywhere after they cleaned our room but other than that nothing bad to say. Cleaners were really nice! -Rock hard pillows and jusy sheets as blanket - Pool bar food. I would say that go to a restaurant or get fries. Had garlic bread that i tought would be something different than burger bun that had tons if minced garlic and a cheese slice you put on a bread. Or peoperoni pizza that didnt have real pepperoni and literally TONS of cheese. Save your money.

Customer service was very good, nice and friendly staff.. not very happy with the room facilities, it was very hot in side the room, to use the AC we had to pay extra £12 per night, there was no tea or coffee making facilities or even drinking water was not provided.
