The staff was friendly

The place is located on a sewer, so it smells. Also many cats, rats and mice which also smells. And we also had an animal in our room crawling over us in the night. The room was warm even though then fan was on. We would not recommend.

It’s a local Filippine house!! The location is in the city center. The staff is warm and friendly.

Uncomfortable because there are a lot of mosquitos and other “animals”. The smell is horrible because it is on a sewer canal.

The Staff and the place is adorable with nice other guests and great kitchen with fridge to be used. Perfect place to stay in Coron.

Too many mosquitos a bit bygon would be nice. Or mosquito nets in the room/ mosquito repellent for guests.

We like how homey the Backpackers Guesthouse & how welcoming the staff. It's easy to reach & find the locations & very accessible of almost everything around the area. The kitchen is very appreciated on this and the cleanliness of toilets and bathroom and the facilities around it except under the property.

We request for mosquito net, and received a message back as screenshot attached that they will put it before we arrive back, but unfortunately the mosquitos had fiesta on four of us and we all didn't get a proper sleep at all and my husband actually want a money back because of it, we are all in pain from bites of the mosquitos that's coming from the canal under our room.

The accomondation itself is very clean. Staff is nice and helpful!

There was a strong smelling in the room coming and going. I think it's only a problem in the rooms, which are "outside", caused by a "sewage stream" which runs unterneath the floor.... There are a lot of Moskitos (as everywhere in Coron). Just ask for a moskitonet and you'll be fine :)

Smelly, not very private sound wise, small

Nice price for the own room. Kitchen. Home atmosphere

House located on some kind of swamp. You can literally see the water through the floor of your room. It smells bad, like a swamp water or dumb. You feel it all the time and it disgusting and suffocating. Also room has not any net on windows or bed ( not clear why, especially on that location) It’s full of mosquitos. All of these together with a hot air in a room makes your stay absolutely horrible, unfortunately.
