"I would stay here again."

The place was comfortable and well supplied. It was not hard to find and the facilities worked well. Communication was also good.

Unless we failed to understand the utilities, there was not a great way to keep the bedroom cool. I did not find any AC to utilize. The bedroom was a bit warm throughout the night.

The location of the property was great! It was close to favorite beaches and Paia. It was also the perfect start for The Road to Hana. Parking was easy. There was a nice breeze and a fan provided so didn’t need air conditioning. Everything was so clean! We were very comfortable there.

"Great access to awesome Maui, mediocre accommodations."

Location

The kitchen floor was rock unable to stand on it “Screaming chickens” began at 2:30 AM until 4:30 AM. Property is in need of maintenance.

"I appreciated that I could rent for one night only since we had just a short stay on Maui."

The room was comfortable and quiet. The shower was good.

It would help if there was a small packet of coffee in the room, especially since there was no place close to get some. Would also be nice with a little more lighting on the side and back of the building.

"Great Spot to See Paia, Makawao and Haleakala"

Great response from staff when I needed help accessing room. Nice sized room, balcony, bathroom and complete kitchen. Beds were comfortable also. Parking was convenient, off-street, and secure.

Little pricey per night.
