The room is extremely big and clean. The beds are comfortable. We moved the two double beds next to each other to make one huge and our son loved it. In the kitchen you can find everything you need. You can cook your own food. I highly recommend it and will be coming back!

WiFi is little bit slow.

The place is spacious.

Poor soundproofing. I can hear someone is snoring from somewhere. I can hear people's noise from outside on our first night.

Location. The apartment is clean and tidy. Kitchen is nice, plenty utensils etc.

Check in system confusing. Doors not secure. Slamming of doors. WIFI signal not great.

"Terrible treatment of a Returning Customer"

This picture advertised for the apartment, is not the rooms I got. I paid for two rooms apartment but got a big room studio instead. The bed was comfy but WiFi signal was unstable . Overall I enjoyed my stay except for the dispute over not getting th apartment I paid for

There were dust particles from corners of the wall, hanging over my head from the cieling, which I removed with tip of my umbrella

"Great base for a short term stay."

The room was secure and as advertised. The staff were really helpful and friendly when communicating. All in all, it was a satisfying stay, and everything that was needed for a week's stay was provided.

The room did have a slight smell of previously cooked food. The room (Studio 5) is on the top floor, which is quite close to the rail bridge, so you may hear trains going past quite frequently. However, it was not so loud as to disrupt sleep and comfort.
