"Spacious,Modern, clean stay at Parque Carolina"

Location is great for shops, restaurants, bars, Parque de Carolina. Apartment is spacious, modern, clean. Wifi, TV, water pressure are all great. Our host was able to accommodate an early check-in!

Suggest you have guests call 30 minutes before arrival to eliminate the wait time while the front desk guard calls the person to give us the keys. The apartment could use more decor. Our bed was very comfortable with plenty of blankets but for some reason had a bottom sheet only, no top sheet.

I recently stayed in a hotel suite in Quito and was thoroughly impressed. The location is excellent, situated near a variety of coffee shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the local scene. The suite itself was very comfortable, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and a nice living room that made it feel like a home away from home. I also appreciated the convenience of having both a washing machine and a dryer right in the room. The bathroom was spacious, and everything was super clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this suite for anyone visiting Quito.

Everything was very clean and the kitchen( although I didn’t use it ) was very well stocked. The blackout drapes were very good and so the street lighting was not a problem. Shower was excellent and the location is PERFECT

The pillows on the bed were terrible, decoration pillows with patterns two decent pillows with only pillow cases in the cupboard would be great

NOTHING! This is a CHEAP, RUN-DOWN apartment. NOT A HOTEL!

EVERYTHING! DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS AN APARTMENT WITH NO LUXURIES suxg as a hotel would have.

"Overall very nice hotel with low cost!"

The room was very spacious and came with good facilities.

Somehow the dryer machine was running when I checked in, and there were wet bedsheets and towels inside (not mine!!). The couch was old and its surface was flaking off, and I got some white flakes from it when I sat down and stood up. It needs to be replaced.
