La ubicación es muy buena, bastante amplio, agua caliente (manija izquierda lavabo y ducha) abundante y buena presión. La cocina tiene de todo para una estancia corta (incluso un innovador descorchador). Las oscuridad del blackout ideal para descansar. Silencioso el barrio. El guardia bastante atento y amable.

Un poco descuidadas ciertas paredes, las luminarias descuidadas, las persianas (blackout rota la cadena de izaje).

It is difficult to communicate at times if you don't speak Spanish well

We booked a very nice 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Quito. When we arrived at the building, after some confusion, they sent us to another building and gave us a mediocre 1 bathroom apartment. 2 towels for 4 people. Although in Booking.com the payment was set at ‘no pre-payment needed, pay at the property’, they send me a message through Booking.com to bank transfer 30% in advance. We were traveling and I don’t have the account to do that. Never received a follow up message and they apparently cancelled my booking. They did not want to admit that and the staff was very unprofessional. We left early after 1 night.

The bed's comfort level fell short of expectations.
