HORRIBLE UNIT!! I was already at the lobby of the condo when they informed me that the unit is not available anymore because the owner decided to use the unit! And just told me to book somewhere else! So disrespectful! This should be banned in this site!

Was advertised at £24 with All taxes, but had to pay £40 to the agent that included hidden extras and commission, well scammed

Lobby and ac. Staff was nice.

Cockroaches in CR and cabinets. Post is misleading. We were supposed to stay at Sea but transferred us to Shell Residences which is farther from MOA arena and we already paid for the parking beside Sea so we had to walk with our luggages from there to the new location. Few days before I already asked her if we could check in early around 7am at 200 per hour and she agreed. On the day of check in around 6:30am she said that theres no room available and we had to wait until 1pm. Before 12noon I have been asking her who to contact at Sea, (I also asked this days before) no reply until almost 1pm, thats when they transferred us from 3 different people to help me check in at Shell. Host already knew that we were already around the area at 7am (and we have been chatting for a few days already!) but we still had to wait for her to be prepared for everything at 1pm. Very poor communication, staff wasnt aware that we’re already paid and asked us to pay in cash. She confirmed at least 3-4 times. Everything was such a hassle. Need to leave our valid ID’s at front desk which we weren’t also aware of. I was hesitant at first because I need it whenever I use my credit card. Poor wifi and data signal.

Location and accessible to most places we went. Wifi is fast
