Ang lapit sa sm moa. Walking distance from the condo to sm. The staff is really friendly at madaling kausapin. Highly recommended.

The condo ia situated on the top of the building. There's no balcony but overall experience is really good.

everything ! the unit is run down. the staff talks so much and forgot about the important things like towels, iron and hair dryer ( there’s no hair dryer they said). most importantly the pool tickets which they’ve given after 24 hours normally it’s should be given on the day of that the clients arrived but no it’s too important for them to say n tell us non sense things. the staffs are unprofessional. there are cockroaches and flies and different insects flying there at the room that means it’s not cleaned before we arrive. am very particular with this. a guy staff wants me to pay for an additional money for one person coz the room is only for three pax which angrier me but we did reserved for four pax that’s a No No this should be reported. I prefer to deal with professional and honest person it’s good I come from the same country n I was born in Manila so I know how to handle such hoax. I haven’t slept that night coz am too angry and how can I take a shower if it’s only one towel available in the room and we’re four . I got the towel after 24 hours this is way down low for me so I gave them the a very bad rating .

Only street parking. Did not provide a place to park or even a pay parking.

This place was full of cockroaches very low budget equipment, the kettle wouldn't even reach the plug socket or rice cooker... Microwave never had a plug socket... I phoned the owner she removed me to the shell residence late evening because of the infestation and then asked for more money and not to tell booking. Com... Was this a con to get me to pay more. show me a xxxx hole then something nice.... Dont stay here there are plenty of others to choose from...
